A negotiation between what insists on staying and what slips quietly into the background.
A collection of minimal, outlined figures suspended in the quiet distance between desire and isolation. Each piece listens to what happens in the space before touch where longing, ambiguity, and half-formed truths move like weather across the body.
This series is a study of the invisible: the glances that thicken a room, the ache of wanting to be seen without revealing too much, the strange safety of holding ourselves just out of reach. The lines stay bare and unadorned because desire itself is an outline—felt more in what’s suggested than what’s declared.
The Eyes in This Wind is an invitation to witness the honesty that emerges when nothing is hidden, but nothing is fully said.
The work lingers in a mid-threshold, where the figure is neither concealed nor revealed, suspended in the tension between presence and erasure. It asks whether identity is formed through what we show, or through the quiet territories we decide to withhold.
